Tracker

New

  • You can copy a space from its settings, choosing which stages, users, projects and fields to include.
  • When you duplicate a task, you can keep or leave out its participants.
  • On mobile, a quick-task page shows your recent open tasks in a chat-like feed; type a task and press Enter to add it to your default project without opening the full card.
  • Quick tasks you haven't sent yet are saved as drafts: they survive a reload, and failed ones can be retried or discarded.
  • In quick tasks you can tick a task to complete it, and in the settings choose the default project or show completed tasks.
  • When converting a space into a project, you can set the project name — it starts from the space name and can't be left empty.
  • The convert dialog now warns that nested projects will be archived and their tasks moved into the new project.
  • You can merge a project into another project.
  • You can convert a space into a project in another space.
  • Notifications about a completed merge or space conversion now take you to the resulting project.

Fixes

  • Personal views stay in the personal group when you reorder tabs.
  • Shared views keep their place before personal tabs, and managers still see the lock on personal tabs.
  • On a kanban card you can clear the deadline with the cross on hover.
  • A new subtask now appears in the list right after you close the card.
  • Automation rules you set while creating a space are now saved.
  • Turning a filter off or removing its chip now brings the matching tasks back to the board.
  • If a merge or conversion fails, it no longer opens a project.
  • Dropping a space in the center of the sidebar still reorders it when you don't have merge rights.
  • Tasks moved to trash no longer leave the kanban board empty after a page refresh.
  • Kanban columns load from the first page again after a column is replaced, and an empty column retries on the next refresh.
  • The Copy action appears only on tasks you can duplicate, and the copy dialog suggests a space where you are allowed to create tasks.
  • When you copy a task without all users, you can choose assignees and they are carried over to the copy.
  • Anyone who can see a space can create a copy of it.
  • The Create copy button in the space copy dialog is now in the dialog footer.
  • You can link tasks and create a related task without edit permission — access to view the task is enough.
  • Long stage names in the task links table are truncated instead of overflowing.
  • The Archive action is no longer offered for the Unassigned column in My Plan; renaming and color still work.
  • Older batches of quick tasks load again.
  • The quick task page now prompts you to choose a default project.
  • Link and table popovers in the task description stay open while you edit.
  • Merged table rows, cell colors, and saving the task description work correctly.
  • The project merge dialog lists projects again.

Store

New

  • Product and variant cards now have a Video tab where you can attach video links.
  • Product and variant cards have a Change log tab that shows what changed, field by field, and who made the change.
  • The change log can be filtered by action, group and field; a variant's log also shows the product-level events.
  • Catalog and spare-parts imports, competitor edits and stock changes are recorded in the change log too.
  • In the catalog you can filter products and variants by whether a dealer or retail price is set.
  • In the catalog you can filter for products that can actually be ordered in your region; a tenant setting can hide unavailable products by default.
  • The plant list shows how many products and variants have no plant assigned.
  • Dealer price ranges in the catalog are shown in your tenant's currency.

Fixes

  • The catalog, the product card and the variant list open noticeably faster.
  • The category tree in the catalog loads only when you open the categories panel or the filter.
  • A variant row in the variants catalog opens the product card directly.
  • The spare-part filter is no longer offered in the catalog.
  • The product card's change log lists product-level events only.
  • Filtering products by whether a dealer or retail price is set is faster.
  • The product variants list and product card load faster.
  • Saving a product variant is faster.
  • The video link field now opens the URL keyboard on phones, and its icon is visible in dark mode.
  • Catalog filter presets now save and restore correctly: hidden region and price filters are cleared, the 'available for order' filter is not sent, category IDs are not saved, and the dealer price range is validated.
  • The 'hide unavailable' toggle behaves correctly after resetting filters, and filter changes are saved when you leave the tab.
  • In tenant settings, the 'hide unavailable' option is inherited from the selected parent.
  • The product card is more reliable: it stays open if the variants list fails, a failed variant can be retried, the variant is refreshed after editing the product, and only active variants are counted.
  • The change log and video links show an inline retry instead of duplicate error messages.
  • The Pricelists menu item now appears only for users who have access to at least one pricelist tab.
  • On narrow screens, tapping a settings tab now opens that section.
  • In product attributes settings, the archived toggle no longer triggers an error.
  • Product families are created and edited in a modal instead of a separate page.
  • Region groups now require a slug.
  • The product change log now shows added competitors, stocks, components, and spare parts instead of blank arrows.
  • Order notifications now show the order number in the title and use a single Open action.
  • In the product change history, the date filter now uses your time zone.
  • The product change history now shows what changed for each entity — prices, attributes, media and more — with old and new values, and skips entries left empty by imports.
  • Video links on product cards are now visible to everyone; adding and deleting them still requires permission.
  • Large files in the import and export history now download fully instead of stopping partway.

Learning

Fixes

  • Notifications about new lessons arrive without delays and no longer hold up other actions.
  • Notifications about new lessons now also reach employees who have no grade.
  • Text formatting in the lesson and script editor is preserved when you save — the markup is no longer lost.
  • Saved questions appear correctly in test responses again.
  • In the knowledge base, category names are visible again and article text no longer collapses into a narrow column.
  • In knowledge base settings, the section menu stays compact and opens the section you picked.
  • In knowledge base settings, the category tree filters correctly, including deleted sections.

Team

New

  • In your profile, on the schedule tab, you can make your work schedule visible to everyone.
  • Archived companies are marked in the companies list in settings.
  • The PIM catalog remembers your selected tab and filters.
  • Delegates can manage schedules, calendar days, and absences for users the grantor manages.

Fixes

  • The Documents tab on a profile is hidden when you don't have access, and you're moved away if access is lost.
  • On a planned day off, arrival and leave times from Anviz are now shown.
  • Saving the schedule visibility switch no longer wipes other preferences.
  • Edit and delete buttons for absences, holidays, and internal events are hidden when you only have view access.
  • Deleting and restoring a division is now recorded in the activity feed.
  • Users with attendance management rights can now view attendance.
  • Company logo upload: files larger than 5 MB are rejected, the size hint is next to the upload button, and archived companies can't upload logos.
  • A colleague's schedule, calendar and absences are visible in their profile again when the schedule is shared with everyone.

Settings

New

  • In Settings, creating and editing entries now opens in a pop-up window over the list, so you don’t lose your place. Each form has its own link you can share.

Fixes

  • After resetting your password, the “Back to sign in” link now returns you to the correct sign-in page instead of a dead end.
  • The region set on a tenant now applies only to that tenant: the PIM catalog and order pricing no longer fall back to a parent tenant’s region.
  • In Settings lists, toggling the Archived filter now returns you to the first page so you don’t land on an empty table.

Portal

Fixes

  • Long labels in the stats widgets on the home page no longer run into the neighbouring cards, and the controls in a row are now the same height.
  • After a password reset email is sent, the screen no longer offers a button to return to the sign-in form — the next step is to open the email.
  • When you set up a home page widget, validation messages now name the fields in plain language, and the length limits match what the field can actually store.

Other

New

  • A support chat opens from the portal rail. An assistant answers from the Oryx documentation and searches the portal for lessons, documents, articles and people, while support staff reply in the same conversation.
  • In the support chat you can start a new conversation at any time, not only after an operator has closed the previous one.
  • The rich-text editor has a redesigned toolbar, and tables can be resized and their rows and columns reordered by their handles.
  • Global search now also finds learning sections, scripts and tests.
  • A real-time web analytics report opens from a direct link in the BI reports section.

Fixes

  • Notification texts in the panel and in the pop-up toast are now displayed correctly — they arrive already translated.
  • Additional links inside notifications, for example to the accounting system, are no longer lost: they are shown as separate links next to the main one.
  • In the editor, an image that has a link keeps it and stays a real link instead of turning into plain text.
  • Links in notifications open in a new tab again.
  • If a merge or conversion fails, the notification still links to the original space.
  • The formatting toolbar's link, table, colour and alignment panels now open above the editor instead of being hidden behind the plus menu or cut off in a narrow window.
  • In dark mode the editor text is readable again, and its border no longer looks like a bright white line.
  • Coloured text keeps its size and stays readable on a highlight.
  • On iPhone and iPad the status bar follows the selected theme, and screens no longer run under the notch or the home indicator.
  • Learning results in portal search now open the right page instead of a dead link.
  • The portal icon now shows in the browser tab on every page, including the quick task screen.
  • The comment field no longer shrinks while a comment is being sent.
  • In the text editor, the color palette and the active field highlight now match in light and dark themes.

11 October 2026

Tracker

New

  • My Tasks and project and space views now open showing only in-progress and awaiting-confirmation tasks; tasks where you are still the assigned contractor stay visible.

  • Space deadlines now appear on the My tasks calendar, with the same deadline editor and calendar chip as projects.
  • You can drag tasks and projects from the calendar onto the sidebar — a task onto a project, a project onto a space.
  • In My tasks views you can hide tasks you have already completed.

Fixes

  • The personal-status filter now shows a cross and a hint, so it is clear it uses your own status rather than the task's overall status.

  • Deleting a task result no longer removes the participant or their other results.
  • In deadline change proposals, comments and notifications now name the correct person.

Learning

Fixes

  • Leaders of a learning section can now open dependent sections without completing the earlier ones first.

Team

Fixes

Other

New

Fixes

  • Searching stocks with a short query — one or two characters — is faster.

  • Notifications about merged projects and converted spaces now appear in the notification panel.
  • When you are working in another user's session, you can sign out from the profile menu.
  • Large files and media now download to the end instead of breaking off mid-transfer.

  • The task context menu now offers the same actions in the list, on the kanban board, and in the calendar — archive, restore, copy, complete, and move.
